Colloquio
Connected with recruiter through employee referral. She was really nice and seemed to think I would be a good fit during the initial phone screen. Make sure you have a salary number/range in mind before this call.
Was asked to complete Predictive Index Cognitive test. This isn't the fun personality test; this is the one where you need to remember your high school math and solve word problems. You have to get as many correct answers out of 50 in 12 minutes.
Make sure you study: 12 Min Prep is a great, free resource.
Had a 30 minute interview with the hiring manager. He seemed pretty unenthused and distracted during the interview. He said they would review and get back to me with next steps. I sent a thank you note to the HM and a quick follow-up to the recruiter when I didn't hear anything back for a bit.
They straight up ghosted me. For such a large company with a ton of resources, this is pretty unprofessional. You could at least send a cold, automated email to candidates who didn't make it through.
From what I've read here, this is the norm for ZoomInfo. I wouldn't waste your time and energy when there are better-run companies out there who could use your talents.

4 contacts total, with 2 phone conversations, an on-line skills test, and then 2 on-site meetings. The process was swift and professional. Overall, I believe that process provided an opportunity for us to get to know one another and determine if there was a fit.

In general, they asked a number of questions seeking to discover if I would a holistic fit for the company. They very much wanted to understand where I was coming from and where I saw myself going in the company and my future in general.
