I came in for two in-person interviews and was immediately offered the job. I had to take a verbal and math test and pass a background check.
I was approached by a recruiter and had a positive interaction over a phone call. I was then asked to provide my resume and email and never heard back. Perhaps our conversation led the recruiter to decide to move on, but without communicating that, it didn't leave me with a great feeling.
