There are atleast 4-5 rounds - 1. A couple of rounds with mid level employees on the phone followed by in-person 2. 2-3 interviews with senior management and senior employees 3. 1 HR interview 4. Interview with CXO Typically on-site interview contains points 2 to 4 in a single day.
