Long and repetitive interview process. It took about 6 weeks in total. I met with multiple leaders who mostly all asked the same questions so it turned out to be the same interview about 4-5 times for 30-mins each. I was told by 3 different leaders (including the HM for this role) that they were working on an offer. The day Amazon announced they were going on a huge hiring freeze and laying people off, the HM called me to "re-assure me that this would not impact Zoox" and that the offer letter would come that same day. Two days later I still do not hear anything so I reach out to the recruiter for an update. At least I got an immediate response and a call to say they had changed their minds on location and this was no longer going to be for their San Diego office but instead Foster City. Pretty unprofessional to drag a candidate through such an extensive process, conduct reference calls, and then be told multiple times by multiple people that an offer was on its way, only to say never mind and blame it on location. Just be honest. Overall, bad experience and would not recommend to anyone.

3 rounds in 2 weeks and pretty good as coordinator does good job on scheduling the interview early and on time . With all this, they also give you drug materials so you can prepare for your interview and get ready for the call with the specific agenda they gave.
