Very easy process, first had a telephone interview with Liam who explained a bit about the role itself and what the benefits were, and then scheduled me in for an interview. Had the interview the following Thursday and found out the same day. Interview was around 45 minutes of questions. The interview itself was really relaxed and felt more like just having a conversation which put my nerves at ease. This was then followed by a 30 minute assessment, which included 3 small tasks. The purpose of the assessment is just to see how you would respond to customers etc, and was very straight forward.

To ace that interview, remember the STAR method. It's a powerful technique that helps you tell compelling stories about your accomplishments. When you use STAR, you'll be able to clearly articulate your skills and experience, and show the interviewer how you've made a positive impact in your previous roles.
