I was contacted via email before setting up an interview, with a message asking me to verify that I would accept their scheduling and compensation before wasting anyone's time.
I scheduled an interview and had a very standard interview with a pleasant woman who asked me the usual questions.
When this was complete I was told about how short staffed the company was at this position, what exact hours I would be working and asked if I could commit to a start date. After replying positively to all of those questions I was told to look for a follow up the next day (at the latest) 3 business days later I received an autogenerated rejection email.
This process was extremely frustrating due to the fact that I was informed how short staffed they were, I had agreed to their compensation/schedule/start date and was honestly overqualified for the position.
After this interaction, I would have a hard time recommending Zoro to anyone in the future.
