Easy and laid back. They explain the room for growth and ask general front of house questions. Starting salary is not great but room to move up. the interviewer seemed distracted but hired me on the spot

Simple enough. Fairly standard interview process. Just go in prepared. Don't be afraid to ask questions yourself, arrive early, and look presentable. And if you land the job don't be afraid to ask questions if you really don't get anything.
