I received an interview call from HR, during which we discussed the role, expectations, and my expected compensation. Following this, five interview rounds were conducted. However, the process was unclear and lacked proper communication. After the first two rounds, HR again inquired about my salary expectations, which raised concerns. The interviews were rescheduled twice before finally being concluded. During the process, there was a lack of proper evaluation of my skills, as none of the interviewers seemed suitable for the assessment. Despite completing the interviews, the company has since stopped responding entirely. There has been no reply to my emails or phone calls, which reflects a lack of professionalism and basic courtesy.
