The recruiter contacted me for an inital screen via a video interview. She asked me about my day etc. And then just asked me one question relating to the role and ended the interview. My experience matched with the role however for whatever reason she ended the interview in less than 10 minutes without offering me a chance to explain why I will be a good fit for the role.
