They didn't seem to know what they wanted. After 2 phone screening calls and 2 face to face interviews including a fairly detailed presentation they short listed to two candidates and then re-advertised the role.
Warning - this was nearly 3 months ago and I'm still waiting for my expenses to be repaid!
