Contacted within 1 week of application. Asked to do an online assessment, then scores were collated and I was asked to interview. Attended first round interview with HR, Team Leader & Manager. Although it was 3 people interviewing 1 person, it was not an intimidating process. They were friendly and forthcoming with questions that I had.
