Standard first stages process, but final interview was woeful. 2nd interviewer clearly could not be bothered and could barely finish her own questions. She went as far as to ask me a question I had already answered a minute beforehand. A shame

video and simulation platform. interactive and interesting to find out more about the company. quite time-consuming but felt like a thorough check and a good way to showcase skills. still waiting on the outcome
Application- Basic CV
Test - Numerical Reasoning, Behavioural, logic
- Video interview - standard Capp job simulation type things
In person Interview- behavioural traditional interview- depending on job you may get more technical stuff

Online tests are okay. Numerical section probaly the hardest but 45 mins is given. There was one more challenging question but not so complicated maths, ratios, percentages, division etc.. When doing culture match section just read through companies values, and mindsets
