Intial screening call to two round interview - first is behavioural interview with standard interview questions from two people, second is mixture of technical and behavioural interview with Chief Actuary 1-on-1 interview

Went through 3 rounds of interview on the day of the assessment centre. Firstly, we will being given about 50 mins to read through some information regarding a business and we have to make a proposal on improving its products. Secondly, being a face to face interview. And lastly, we had a group exercise.
