I received an email regarding the walk in drive for Procurement Analyst profile . As soon I reached there I saw a lot of candidates with me who had applied for the same . Initially all have to gather at their reception and be seated , then the group discussion starts . 10-12 students will be called in and they will give u simple topics like demonetization , convent school vs public school, the sole aim of gd is to check ur communication skills and listing ability . Keep calm and confidently put some good points in this . Let others speak . Dont overdominate and most imp thing is that ensure ur English and ur narration is good . After that 4-5 people were selected out of 10-12 , then was the aptitude round in which 10 questions were asked and i would easy they were moderately difficult . Time limit is 30-45 mins . It depends on the HR . If he/she is good then will give u some extra time . After clearing the aptitude test , I was called for interview which was very long ..i guess i took 1 hour. First question they asked me and i guess everyone was "Tell me something apart from your resume". The interviewers were chilled out and were young . They will judge you on ur speaking skills . They will ask about your final year projects, twist you by giving some conditions based on your projects or any other things . They will ask you to say something on Zycus like what Zycus does and all and about the profile . Go through their website before going for the interview and read about the profile . Know your project well because he will ask some technical questions related to that . Finally after first interview everybody was sent back and after 10 days i received an email for the 2nd interview at the same place i.e Zycus office , Andheri east . 2nd interview went about 25 mins long ..they just asked about the profile and why you want to join , why we should hire you , strengths and weakness . I guess this is the HR round .

I was selected by Zycus during campus placements, where my interview process lasted nearly 12 hours, beginning at 9:00 AM and continuing until midnight. After successfully clearing the interview rounds, I was issued an Offer of Intent for the role of Procurement Analyst with a package of 4.5 LPA. The offer letter mentioned that my joining would be scheduled for August 2024. While awaiting onboarding, I consistently followed up with the HR team. Initially, I was assured that I would be joining in August 2024. However, the date was postponed to October 2024, and later again to April 2025. Despite these repeated delays, I continued to wait, though it was challenging to explore other opportunities in a difficult job market. When April 2025 arrived, I learned that the HR representative I had been in contact with was no longer with the company. I then personally visited the Zycus office, only to be informed that the Procurement Analyst role I was offered had been discontinued, and there were no openings for it. Instead, I was told that I could be considered for a Tech Support role. Unfortunately, my experience interacting with the HR representatives at this stage was very disappointing. They were unprofessional, dismissive, and communicated in a harsh manner. Overall, the process reflected a lack of concern for candidates and a disregard for the commitment initially made by the company.
