initially, the recuiter asked to give test for an intern on weekend(probably saturday/sunday), then sudden call from recruiter to take test right now that too at (thursday)night ,did with test, medium range, not too easy, not too hard. morning 9:40am got call for interview at 11:30am, without any mail,of clearing test, i sat directly for interview. within 10 mins got call from recruiter that no recruiter is available, will reschedule interview tomorrow. after that no mail, no confirmation about interview nothing, okay next day again got call, you will be interviewed for full time employment for Automation engineer test post and not intern, she explained about location,package everything, also said immediate joining on monday.She was well aware about i cant join as iam working and notice period is of 30 days,still she asked me to give interview, interview was okay, smooth, after sometime recieved mail stated sorry ,we cannot move ahead with your candicature.I called her back asking what about that intern position, she said both positions are judged on same interview. Who does such recruitment on 11th hour? Also how can an intern and full time employer judged on same basis?
