Very much on point with a lot of hypothetical scenarios and queries as to how you would proceed to resolve. Very few softball questions and pretty much straight to the point on functional knowledge and cultural fit. All in all, the process requires flexibility, alertness and smarts. There were no "trick" questions and the interview experience, although intense, was enjoyable
