The interview was basically a quiz about computer science terms. Didn't even come close to testing skills that are actually applicable to any sort of software engineering position. There was even a CoderPad link associated with the interview; it never got used at all.

Old school. Teams consisting of same ethnicity and intend to hire same with no diversity in practice. No directions. Positions getting cancelled often. Waste of time for everyone. Pay has reduced over time.
