Once you applied with resume they decide if they want to send you a case to do. Once you do the case, if they like you they will set up a phone interview. After the phone interview they invite you to the office where you present the case you did earlier in the interview process as well as do 4 interviews

Completed a full assignment, cleared two interview rounds, and followed up four times over three weeks without receiving any response. The interview process itself was engaging but candidate communication after final rounds was completely absent. Would caution candidates to manage expectations accordingly. Chacko/HR has scant professionalism and doesn't have basic courtesy to respond to candidates who are deeper into process, despite multiple kind follow-up mails over 2 weeks.
