Very quick interview process. Mine was an internal referral so i had an onsite interview directly. i had multiple interviews the same day and i was told the same evening that they would like to hire me. and I was sent the offer within 2 days from then. One of the fastest interview processes i have seen.

Old school. Teams consisting of same ethnicity and intend to hire same with no diversity in practice. No directions. Positions getting cancelled often. Waste of time for everyone. Pay has reduced over time.
