The people in the Dublin office were some of the friendliest and nicest people I have met working in tech. There was a phone screen, then three onsite interviews, then a language test. The onsite interviews were slightly tricky, but the atmosphere was very friendly. There were no efforts to catch the candidate out. The people doing the interviewing were relatively senior.
