They started asking about the real time solutions which has hidden question on data structure.
I felt it is totally unrelated to the senior programmer. No developer will memorise the huge number of algorithms and data structure for interview.

Old school. Teams consisting of same ethnicity and intend to hire same with no diversity in practice. No directions. Positions getting cancelled often. Waste of time for everyone. Pay has reduced over time.
