The interview process was incredibly protracted, and when I retook the reasoning test and the scores between the two tests didn't match (this whole process required three hours just for the assessments), they didn't even give me an interview. So, I wasted an afternoon of work going to their office only to have them brush me aside - incredibly, I wasn't qualified for a writing position because of math skills.
Adding insult to injury, the recruiters felt it appropriate to patronize me; after informing me that they wouldn't even conduct the interview they asked, "how I felt about that."

Colloquio
I applied to the position over the weekend and by Monday I received an email saying they were very interested in talking with me. However, I needed to take a 2-hour test. I responded to the email and received the test link and instructions that same day. The test was about six or eight different sections and was very difficult. The main test page said you need to take it for ANY position within the company.
