Before you get to interview with anyone, you have to take an aptitude test, which is basically an IQ test. Then the first interview was a phone screen conducted by an HR associate. This interview basically consisted of a bunch of behavioral questions, not much at all about technical skills. If they select you for the next interview, they bring you in, and you meet with a hiring manager and one of the company officers. In my case, we basically sat in an office and chatted for an hour or so about the position, my experience, and the culture of the company. It really didn't feel much like an interview at all.

I didn't really have to answer any technical questions, the hardest part would have to be the aptitude test.

My experience with Zywave has so far been extremely positive. Their employees are all very friendly and welcoming. They move quickly at their company and recognize talent when they see it.
