It was hard and very long. It took like 3 weeks. Difficult 4 hour test. Lots of basic questions. I didn’t feel like they were all relevant to the job.

Phone Interview Screening. Next step is the 4 hour test. I will update throughout the process. I’m a bit nervous about the test, since it says most people don’t pass, but I’m hopeful.
