Overall, I had a great experience with my interview process. I had two design challenges & then the interview revolved a lot around my design challenge presentations. I was accepted for one role, and not the other. I think my best advice to anyone applying with Adidas...just know there are always external factors in the equation. Was there someone on maternity leave who may need a job back? Was there someone in an assistant level already in the team looking for promotion? There are just a lot of moving parts in such a large company that it is sometimes hard to get in! Never give up, and put all of your cards out!
