I got a call from the HR one month since I sent an application for the position. After a short talk I was invited to the office for the interview. I had a meeting with the HR-manager followed up with a presentation in front of the department manager which I had to prepare at home. I specifically asked for the details of the recruitment process and was promised to receive feedback within 2 working days. But adidas Group's HR team turned out to be really good magicians and just vanished into thin air. I wrote an email but it was never answered.
