Competency based one to one interview with the Assistant Manager of Store . Found the interview questions somewhat strange as the position was for a key holders position within store. Anyway I was interviewed on 4th September and as of today’s date (25th September) I am still to find out whether or not I have been offered a job! Have to say that this three week delay makes a mockery out of Adidas to say the least! Even if offered the role I would have serious reservations about accepting it due to this complete shambles! The store was running without a manager and without Three key holders in position too, the complete shambles that the store looks replicates itself to not even keeping potential members of staff updated about their interviews. I have now been in contact with Adidas UK Head Office HR department to find out what is happening as completely fed up! Have been informed that someone will contact me tomorrow with an update! Sorry Adidas but it’s too late now!
