I was contacted by e-mail first. Then agreed on a telephone Interview. It was a very nice process. Was asked situational questions, like what would you do if. The interviewer was very nice and the feel of the entire conversation was light.

Fairly long and difficult process, but I enjoyed it. I applied without a reference through their job posting. The first interview was a call with their internal recruiter, the second round was a virtual interview with the line managers for the position, the 3rd round was a virtual panel interview with the line managers + 2 other cross functional managers- I was required to prepare and present a case study in Power Point based on info they sent me 3 days prior, and finally the 4th interview was a virtual 1:1 with the director of the department.
Overall the experience was pretty pleasant and exciting. The interviewers were great people. The only downside is the process from start to finish is so long. It took almost 5 months to get my offer.
