two interviews, both are sports-based conversations, both can be group interviews. Was made to wait 20 - 30 minutes past the scheduled interview time both times.
Keep in mind, many young people apply for these kinds of jobs so the interview process is set up to accommodate the mentality of teenagers and young adults.

The interview process for sales associate at Adidas was brief. The hiring manager interviewed us as a group of 3 outside the mall. We learned whether we would be moving forward the following day.
Sit down with employer and go over resume and explain your skills. Explain why you chose this job and why you would be a good fit. Was not a very hard interview process.
Enjoyed it, it was very straight forward did not need a lot of preparation but you need to be confident and go for it; research Adidas deeply before going in to the interview
