I was hired as seasonal but ended up staying about 3 years. we had a group interview and it was actually easy everybody in my group got the job. they also stayed for some years

very simple process. the interviewer was nice. we sat down, she asked a bunch of general questions like:

- why do u wanna work here
- why Adidas
- what can u bring to the company

Easy. The manager made me feel comfortable from the beginning. It was more of a conversation than an interview. Questions were simple and did not require much thought. Just felt like I needed to be personable.

Soho location group interview which included standard questions, very chilled environment. I wore business casual attire. (No other logos) The interview was like having a conversation not a interrogation. Stay true to you not who you think they want you to be!
