Colloquio
1. Initial screening with recruiter, asked to answer three questions pertaining to the culture of Adidas.
2. Face to face interview with direct manager. Very relaxed discussion relating to past experiences.
3. Skype interview with director in Germany. Tried to gauge my problem solving skills.
