The first step consisted of an "Introductory Call" with the HR regarding my motivations to apply for Adidas and a couple of additional behavorial questions to test how I handled specific situations.
After that, I have been invitated to a one-hour meeting with two people within the team for which I had applied that asked me situational and competence-based questions.
All the people I met were very friendly.
The only aspect I did not like was the fact that, when I asked for the reasons why I have been rejected, I was told it was because "I did not have enough experience", but I mean... this is an internship experience, and the only way for me to get experience is by doing these internships.
