I had the same experience mentioned in previous reviews. As part of the process, I was asked to record a 2 minute video via Loom. I find this approach questionable, as it feels entirely one-sided and lacks transparency. It’s unclear on what basis candidates are being evaluated from such a short video, which raises concerns about the fairness and objectivity of the selection criteria. Overall, this left me with a negative impression of the hiring process. After reading other reviews, I can see that this is not an isolated experience.
