Stop slapping lipstick on the pig! This is a dead end. They are looking for call center people! So many red flags where do I begin. If you interview with a reputable company and tell them you are getting your MBA, their reply should be positive, any decent top company ( the big 4) would ask you for your graduation date. They would not be worrying about how you will manage to work for them. They need to recruit call center people. Another red flag, your sales are depended on throwing the client partner leads ( the person you are reporting to and who has a client facing role). Absolutely nightmare position to be in. The top 4 consulting companies bring their associates to projects so they can learn and get experience. You will not learn anything by throwing someone sales leads. DEAD END!!!!! Please call the position what is is, a call center position so the overqualified people like myself can stop wasting their time and move on to serious opportunities with healthy compensation packages. No wonder you all have a high turnover.
