It was over Microsoft Teams. The interviewer was really friendly and said it would be an informal interview. Only a few questions were asked. Got me set up to work in two days.
Took place online with a lovely interviewer, was not a very pressured interview. Interviewer made me feel at ease and we spoke openly about why I wanted to work as a TA
A quick phone call with basic questions about what you can relate to the kids about and what you'd do in certain safeguarding situations that are pretty basic and self explanatory stuff
