      I had a first interview with an HR person, where we discussed my background, the company itself and contractual arrangements. After that I had 2 technical interviews, a role deep dive and a case study. Last step was an interview with the CTO, which I felt was a "cultural fit" check and during which I could get more insights on the company.

      **Screening Interview Review** I recently had a screening interview with a recruiter, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. The conversation felt awkward and disjointed, as the recruiter rigidly followed a pre-set list of questions. The discussion jumped abruptly from one topic to another, constantly shifting context without any natural flow. It was evident that the recruiter was looking for specific, "correct" answers, which made the interaction feel more like a checklist exercise than a genuine conversation. This approach stifled any opportunity to build rapport or dive deeper into my qualifications. Overall, the experience was disengaging and did not leave a positive impression of the hiring process.
