HR email -> HR interview -> Technical interview -> C-level interview. The interviews are fine, the problem in the follow-up. They don't even have an automated email when you don't get the position. During the interviews, they highlight how important the people are, but if don't even send an easy "unfortunately, we are not moving forward with your profile", I question myself how much they actually care internally.

I had an introductory interview with HR to get to know me better and to give me an overview of the company. Unfortunately, there was no further communication from HR, and my follow-up request also went unanswered.
