Was recruited from my graduate school program. Recruiter met me at the door. Four half-hour interviews with different managers. All very nice and conversational, some had their computers in front of them and some did not. Pretty much all behavioral questions. Mock customer service email exercise.

After applying online, I received a phone call about a week later. The call lasted for about 25 minutes and went over why I am leaving my job and what I currently do for work. A week after the call I had an in-person interview. This consisted of a writing portion, 4 individual interviews with managers and senior-managers all lasting about 30-40 minutes long, and a 3-5 minute presentation. All of the interviewers were very nice and the interview was relaxed. I received a job offer the next day.
