Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 4 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso athenahealth (Boston, MA) nel mese di apr 2025
Colloquio
I completed all the interview rounds for the position, including:
30-minute screening call
30-minute interview with the Director (Hiring Manager)
45-minute Product Sense interview with the Executive Director
Two 30-minute back-to-back panel interviews
After investing time across these detailed rounds and waiting over two weeks with no updates, I finally heard back only to be told, “We have decided to move forward with another candidate, and the role is now closed.” Disappointing experience, especially after such an extensive process.

"In the Product Sense round, I was asked: 'How would you approach evacuating a hospital during an emergency?'"

Colloquio
Excellent and enlightening experience with each round.
1st round senior product manager screening
2nd round case study round
Followed by 4 rounds of discussion with Product and Engineering directors around various PM competencies
Disorganized--4 rounds including case study (final round) and then no offer with no feedback. I truly liked the recruiter and people I met with so I was hoping it was just a bumpy path to a role I would enjoy. I felt they would forget there was a hiring process and then suddenly want to urgently coordinate another round.

Screener call, 30 minute recruiter call, one hour long manager call and two more 30 minute SME/VIP chats. A few 'what-if' scenarios, but completely practical and easy to navigate. There was good communication during the setting up for interviews but went radio silent after the last interview. Just saw the listing was taken down some time after.
