The interview process included six rounds of conversations with multiple people. Throughout the interview, there was a lack of clarity in terms of the role and the people to be talked to. The interview ended with an offer, but this was later on changed drastically without any forethought. Clearly, audibene needs to use hearing aids first before it sells them to others. Most importantly, the HR of the organization should strive to "hear" more about the needs, concerns, and questions of potential employees.

Call with the head of HR, then a 45 minute technical interview in english where the manager was super helpful and positive. The work was on an excel sheet where I had to calculate profit margins in different scenarios.
