Straight forward interview process. Screener call, meeting with the owner and then a mock pitch. All was well, and everyone was very responsive throughout the process, at the final call I was told I’d have an answer and then the company ghosted me despite following up. Completely unprofessional especially considering I was told I was a top candidate based on feedback. My thought is the company is not actually looking to hire, they are window shopping with no intention of actually moving forward

Straightforward and laid back. First had a call with their head of staff, a quick personality test, and then a conversation with the CEO. Overall a good experience...no gotcha type questions...just trying to get to know you and your sales process.
