Applied online, contacted by recruiter less than 24 hours later, set up phone interview with recruiter and then hiring manager, flew to HQ for 2 face interviews. Once background check cleared, received written offer within week. Most challenging part is that recruiter wasn't able to answer all my questions throughout the process in regard to company, role, etc.
