Pretty good ans smooth interview process. They made you do video interview, then call you a couple of days later for a group interview and make you do a personnality test (just to see if you match with the company and their expectations).

Colloquio
You get a video interview request and then a face to face. In the video interview they ask a lot of role playing scenarios and they judge on the way you answer. They look for clarity when you are talk and the confidence. The story you decide to share must portray your drive to achieve sale and sale targets.

Very straight forward questions. They want to see how you have treated a customer and you rebuttal when a customer declines services
