Recruiter reached out fairly quickly after applying. I did a HireVue one-way video interview which consisted of 13 questions about the role. Pretty straight forward. You only had one chance to redo. Got a rejection email about a week later.

There were two stages – one virtual and the other a panel interview. The interviewers were professional and mainly asked behavioural questions relevant to the role. These were fairly challenging and required preparation beforehand, so I wouldn’t say you could have winged it. Overall, I thought the interview went well; one of them even mentioned they were 'really impressed' by my experience and looked forward to discussing the next steps. Despite this, I was rejected shortly after, although I was fortunate to receive positive feedback. While the real reasons weren’t disclosed, I suspect it may have been related to the recent acquisition talks in the news – but you never really know with these sorts of things.
