I applied on the site(transcriptions etc.), 20 min later I received email about the next step. I had to complete Situational Judgement Questionnaire-30 questions, different situations and I had to choose what is most likely to do and less likely. 30 min later I got invitation for video interview and should do it in the next 3 days. About the interview- Firefox seems to dot work with the software. I had time to practice and to check mic and camera. Than the questions:
1. Say your name, University and your majors?
2.How and why you choose your majors?
3. Why O&G industry and why BP?
4. What you will bring to BP and what you hope to get, long term plans.
Now I must wait for the next step.

It was length and there was huge gaps between interview but keep your basics strong.. there were three rounds of interview starting from intro to the hr round. Prepare accordingly

About my background, education and how i dealt with certain situations
Very confusing candidate experience managed from the central offices in the UK. Here's a few examples:
- the HR provided 0 basic information about the contract (type of contract, working hours, remote work policy, bonus, probation etc.);
- they asked me to provide some time slots for an online interview, but then completely ignored them. As a result I had to request and justify the rescheduling of the interview;
- Etc. etc.
Overall, the interview with the Hiring Manager based in Vienna was pleasant, though there were a lot of unknowns due to the upcoming restructuring.
I was told the HR would reach out to me to let me know about the outcome. They never did.
One interview with two leads given a case study of declining profitability and to figure out how to optimize costs. Also about your background, mostly focus on the case study
