I was referred by another BP employee. I was called back almost immediately by HR stating that they need a Dutch speaker for a different role and wanted to check with me whether I was interested. We scheduled a phone interview for the next day. The phone interview was "business as usual", with easy questions and probably lasted 15-20 minutes. After the interview, I did not hear back for about 1.5 months, so I sort of gave up on the job. Eventually, I was called in for a second interview, which was a strange experience, as two hiring managers offered me two different opportunities and I had to pick on the spot. Afterwards I felt I did not have sufficient information about either of those roles to make the right choice. Following the interview I had to fill in an accounting test and sort of an IQ test on the computer. I was not called back again for about a month, then eventually received a job offer.
