I was first interviewed through a call from a recruiter. Once the call was done, I received an email notification from the company's Talent Acquisition System (TAS) that I was successful and the next process will then be informed. After this, I was requested to do some online assessment which consisted of English language test, IQ test, and Stress test. When successfully, I was asked to attend the face to face interview in the office. After that, i waited for another 2 weeks for the offer.

What were your most difficult challenges and how do you solve them?
Early careers interview process was a couple rounds. 1 hirvue then a case study. There was also a group section to assess how you work in teams with other candidates.

There should be many rounds of interviews throughout the whole recruiting process. The first round is the technical interview, including corporate finance, mathematical finance and financial engineering questions. They will provide you paper and pen to complete your work and answer their questions at the same time.

Online video screening followed by case study involving theoretical energy deal. The case involved mental math and basic understanding of the energy system. Virtual interview asks 5 generic questions about your background and motivation for joining BP.
