- Telephone Interview with recruiter
- In house interview with team managers
- Tour of work space
- Introduction to other team members
- Travel included travelling on the daily coach provided by BP
- Mainly competency based questions
Interview was technical based on resume and qualifications. Well balanced questions and plenty of time given to understand the response. Encouraging process as objective was to determine depth of knowledge.
