Applied online. Received an email to do video interview after 2 days. There's a 3 day time frame to complete interview with helpful training. Takes 30 minutes to complete and has to be done in one sitting. Mostly safety and leadership questions

I completed a HireVue interview with bp which is the on demand video interview. It was very awkward talking to no one and not being able to gauge reactions. I did the practice questions beforehand to get used to the medium but it was still difficult.

Describe a time you acted in according to one of your core values. What was the core value? How did others react?
Did a recording interview on a computer. Never heard back after it. Seems like the entire system was automated. It would be great if any communication took place after. The questions werre pretty standard, nothing out of the ordinary.

Simply, a waste of time, the interviewer was searching for someone who can do his own job, not one with a potential or multiskilled. It was actually a really narrow minded interview mindset
