The Initial Shortlisting took place via a samll technical written test and only students above a CGPA of 3.5/4.0 were called for this. The successful candidates from these were interviewed on a phone call which lasted for about 5 minutes. The interview was done by 2 HR persons. The successful candidates from this phoen interview were called to Karachi, Pakistan where they had a detailed HR/technical Interview and a full-day assessment session the folowing day of the interview. The interview was taken by the HR Manager and a person from UAE. The assessment day was supervised by Engineering Services Manager and Operations Manager in which you had to give various presentations on a particular case the whole day.
